Is Jose Andres Opening a Restaurant in Brooklyn? Eater hears from a reliable source that Andrés is indeed planning a New York restaurant, and that it will be located somewhere in Brooklyn. Apparently, Andrés has already picked out a space, but the opening is still a ways off. (Did I mention that I poured him a glass of Krug Champagne the other night?)
