 iPod cozies and battery packs
iPod cozies have always struck me as worse than useless, but in case someone in your life would differ, here's a great one that's robot themed. (The website has the motto: "Naked iPods have little or no influence on society," which they attribute to Mark Twain. Take that for what you will).
Also, another page has a custom built extra battery pack for your iPod which is intended to expend the battery life by 10 hours. Unfortunately the setup looks a bit like a homemade bomb. Probably not for your carry-on luggage, then.
