 Tierney Lab science blog
The NY Times rolled out this new blog last week. Science!
The Lab's work is guided by two founding principles:

* 1. Just because an idea appeals to a lot of people doesn't mean it's wrong.
* 2. But that's a good working theory.

John Tierney is one of the biggest tools to have written for the New York Times Op/Ed page. And on a page that features Thomas Friedman and David Brooks, that's no mean feat.

Despite such haughty criticism, something tells me Mr.Friedman and Mr.Brooks will endure the words of an low level data entry clerk.

jb   1/21/2007 14:38
Ouch. Still, they are tools. I think David Brooks has that on his vitae, right after "Invented obnoxious name for a non-existent socio-economic group."

Actually, I'm a mid-level data entry clerk1 Or "database coordinator," if you want to get PC.

And that doesn't change the fact that John Tierney is a douchebag of the highest order, with David Brooks and Thomas Friedman nipping at his heels.
