A Whole Lot Of Juggalos In One Place. On August 6th & 7th 2009, I went to the Juggalo Gathering in Cave-In-Rock, IL. The Juggalos were friendly! The campground was messy Oh. My. BTW (and I didn't know this) Juggalo or Juggalette (the latter being feminine) is a name given to fans of Insane Clown Posse
