Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - Egg salad on Wheat, 2 oz bowtie pasta with pesto, fruit salad
Dinner - Half a cheeseburger from a diner, some french fries

Lunch - Avocado sandwich on 7 grain bread with sprouts and such...
Dinner - Sheppard's pie

I went to see 300 on Monday night. It was pretty terrible. I went to the Imax theater on Broadway and 68th and the place was jam packed, which meant there was no time to stand in line at the concession counter, which saved me. After the movie we went to a diner up the street and I ate most of a HUGE cheeseburger.
Tuesday I went out with some friends (and my wife of course) and tried the Sheppard's pie that was on special at our favorite eating and drinking place. I don't pass up Sheppard's pie - I think it's genetic.
