Tropical Depression: Weather
It is snowing in the north east.
Ryder is in the south where March has turned to spring.
It has rained here every day for starting on 3 weeks
with no end in sight.
Where is the sun?
I know there is no pity out there for me.
This is typical February, except it is March.
But why do these weather websites insist
on showing something called
Partly Cloudy? Why the clip art sunshine?
The clouds are so close I can reach up and touch them,
when they are not dumping rain down the back of my shirt
or spitting it up from my tires on the wet street.

*sigh*
Everyone is surly.

Tomorrow is the Hina Maturi festival in Japan.
In Hawaii we call it Girl's Day and celebrate all girls
with gifts and treats,
not just the young ones.

I hope it is sunny.
