Camels
Camels. You never just see one camel. They always come in the thousands. These camels were all trying to cross the street, and cut off our convoy, so we quickly became camel herders. Apparently, camels don't understand English.
"Hiya, Camel." Just didn't have to effect it should have. They also don't respect our weapons. No matter how feverishly I brandished my rifle, they ignored me and went where they wanted to go. (it made the camel jockeys nervous
though...) The camels stretched for miles (literally) in both directions. It was a nightmare getting the convoy through, but it was much more fun than shooting our way through an ambush, which we had to do the day before this picture.
