Tanker Fire
It was pretty bad here in April. On this day in particular, every one of our convoys was ambushed. This is a burning tanker that was hit by an RPG. There were four more on the road behind us, and many more littering the Highway further south. My convoy was hit South of Baghdad, but we didn't lose any trucks. We were lucky, other convoys had it worse. Luckily, we didn't lose anyone. Actually, we didn't get a scratch. I can't say the same for the bad guys. They are horrible shots...we are not.
