i am trying to eat a teensie bit more healthier because as of late i have been confronting my "olderness".  this was sparked by a visit to the doctor and being told i have a funky looking mole that needs to be removed.  the body starts morphing with old age.
  i also have been on the search for a great moisterizer that will give me a healthy glow and as well as diminish fine lines and wrinkles. i have yet to find one.  
  but back to the healthy eating thing: i was doing great until i broke out the nutella with pretzels.  then someone left some chips laying around and i ate those.  then i had a peppermint patty.  i might have another, just so you know.
