this site - airlinemeals.net - is devoted totally to what in-flight meal look and taste like. the pics are amusing. it's interesting to see the difference between first class (real china!) and economy (crackers and water). the meals on international flights often need some decoding.
first class seems to be the way to go...too bad i'll never be able to go that way!
