Nutshell Kingdom: First Day of Classes
2003

Today begins the first day of classes for my final year of law school. Order and routine are slowly taking over my summer chaos. I fell asleep last night after a few beers reading about the Pullman Strike of 1895 and its subsequent injunctive remedies. Somehow, magically it actually became interesting during class discussion. Whew. I remember how to do this.

Last year at this time I disappeared from the face of the happyrobot universe. I promise to try very hard not to do this again. I think writing Nutshell will be an important distraction and steam-blowing mechanism. My entries may become boring recounts of labor law discussions, but I will attempt to show up from time to time. If I don't, someone ring me up and wring my neck. Ok?
