Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: 2 oz white rice, chicken and mushroom, 2 steamed vegetable dumplings
Dinner: Chicken Milanese (from my favorite place to eat and drink - The Simple Cafe)

Weight: 242.5 (down .5 pounds)

PT: Gilad! When I lost my weight before basic training, I was following a workout program on TV. A guy called Gilad. It's one of those things you see come on when you've had the TV on all night that tells you that you've stayed up way too late. It really worked for me. Stace bought me Gilad's DVDs not too long ago. Now he's back.
