Fat Pat: Monday, January 22nd, 2007
Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - steamed white rice, teryaki chicken (about 4 oz.)
Dinner - Pizza (four slices of thin crust, pepperoni and sausage)

WT: 239 (Up .5 pounds)

PT: Sleep

Two things to know about this Monday. The day after I come out of the field is never a diet day. I did my best at lunch, but I needed to eat something substantial at dinner. Pizza was my choice. I was too tired to cook, and too tired to go out - which is why the government gave us pizza delivery.

239 is actually what I needed to be at yesterday, so I am right on schedule. I am trying to lose an average of three pounds a week. Right now, I am averaging three and a half pounds a week. It is early in the diet, so losing weight fast is to be expected. It will begin to level off, and then start dropping pretty soon here. I figure that in a week or two, I will be losing an average of two pounds per month. When I begin to reach my goal, my weight will start inching back up until I really do my final push.

Right now, I have thirty nine pounds to go before I reach my goal. According to my caculations and the ridiculously complicated excel spreadsheet that I have put together (you should see some of these formulas that I have written - =IF(ISBLANK(C7),"",(C7/2.2)/((Directions!$E$8/39.37)*(Directions!$E$8/39.37)))), I will reach my goal weight April 11th. That gives me a three week grace period.
