Fat Pat: Friday, February 2nd, 2007

Breakfast - Oatmeal breakfast bar
Lunch - Turkey sandwich, but I didn't eat the bread
Dinner - Roasted Chicken and Asparagus. Some kind of flat bread appetizer thing with goat cheese.

WT: 238 (No change)

PT:
2 sets 25 pushups (standard)
50 flutter kicks (much suffering and stopping and crying)
25 pushups (standard)
30 pushups (wide arm)
5 pushups (diamond - I hate those and they make me cry)
100 Crunches (Inspired by Sunshine Jen)
Pushups to muscle failure (which at this point amounted to about 15 pushups)

All of this PT was done on Saturday morning, I jumped the gun a little bit on the post. Normally, all info posted is for the date on the post with the exception of weight, which is for the day I actually post. I know this is incredibly interesting, so I'll post more like this as often as possible. I fan base demands it.
