Fat Pat: Tuesday and Wednesday, March 6 and 7th, 2007
Tuesday

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - Sheppard's pie
Dinner - Steak Chili, Turkey Burger

Wednesday

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - nothing
Dinner - Some kind of frozen Indian food meal thing, but it's Amy's so it's really good (but it was also really small)

Tuesday the bosses took my department out to lunch. (there are two of us in the department) and we went to an Irish Pub type of place (there are thousands of them in Midtown - office folk love their Irish Pubs) The Sheppard's pie was fantastic, and it made me sleepy for the rest of the day.
Later that night we went to pick up this slate fire place that keeps getting passed around, and I somehow have to carry. It is a dozen pieces, and it weighs a ton. I hate it.

Wednesday I was sick. I have actually been fighting off being sick, and Wednesday I gave up. It wasn't until late in the afternoon that I was ready to eat again (it wasn't my stomach, it was my head - which should head off the next series of questions) so I had some Indian food. Amy's makes frozen meals that are fantastic. They are all Vegan (which I don't need, but it's fine with me) and I just found out that she (Amy) belongs to the same super restrictive religious cult that my mother in law belongs to. That means that all of Amy's foods are not "evil" - not at all like the gallons of Coke Zero that I drink weekly. When I was on the "Amy's diet" - you might recall all the soup - I lost a good amount of weight. There might be something to this "healthy" eatin' stuff.
