As one of those losers who is interested in astrology, it's so interesting to me the people born on the same day. I listen to NPR every weekday morning, and there's always a moment when they say the famous people born on that day. Today's was Rosemary Clooney and Jewel. I've met one person born on my birthday, and I know of two friend's babies born on my birthday. I still remember the person that I met. I was getting my ID (if you don't capitalize it, it's id) checked to get into Stemmermans. I was about 24 and giddy and sometimes arrogant. In my circle of the time, I was hugely popular and felt to be quite beautiful (as usual there were mostly men in my circle). This night was one of my arrogant ones. So I'm proffering my ID to the beefy bouncer. He says, "We have the same birthday." I say, "November 20th? The same year and everything?" He says (of course), "Yes". I say, "Wow, we must be a lot alike". We both look at each other and say "Yeah probably" meaning NO, NO, NO (at least on my arrogant part har har har).
