I just got back from taking my movies back to the library, and I passed the big Catholic church. I, like the rest of America, felt spiritually reflective in the prescense of such a powerful love of god. Even though I disagreed with the Catholics on birth control and sexism, I could respect their spiritualism, AND THEN the brakes hit. I realized, I don't have to feel like a Satanist just because I am horrified by organized religion especially the mother of all organized religion CATHOLACISM (sp?)!!!!!!! Most foul things in the world were done in the name of the Catholic god. Look at all these starving, disenfranchised people, and the pope lives like a prince. The catholic church, if they really were worthy of my spritual respect, would have NO MONEY. NOTHING. They would give EVERY PENNY they had, sell every work of art they own to help the poor if they believed in humans. They would allow women equal rights as men and blacks equal with whites and freedom to choose and protect others rights to believe. But they're not like that.
