As much as I bitch (and we all know I bitch up a hurricane), I do have such a relatively great life. This job is certainly not what I WANT WANT WANT, but it is really amazing to have a job that pays you money and you can basically do what you want as long as you play a little pretend and get the essentials done. Also, it's nice that if/when I do fuck up, it's not someone's life, it's just a field trip.
I also had this revelation that going back to school is totally pressure free. Sure, I have my own "work ethic", but essentially, I have a job that pays my bills, so everything else is just icing. I guess what I'm saying is that even if I do decide to not be the BEST studier in the universe, it's not like Mark's going to take away my car privileges if I get a "C".
