This one is quick and from the cuff (as in I'm writing it "live" instead of cutting and pasting from word).
I was surprised to be happy to see one of my friends last night, but to also be non-inspired conversation-wise. It's so odd to have the "energy" just be a bit off. I think we both were hoping that the other one would be the "pick me up".. . alas, it wasn't jaw-dropping. Just an observation. There were several times when we just sort of sat in silence for a couple of beats. So there, I'm not ALWAYS totally chatty cathy blah blah blah.
This friend had some interesting observations about eddie's party. It's always soooooo funny to hear him tell it from his point of view. Vastly different from mine of course.
