In case you haven't noticed, I'm off my diet. I figure losing almost 40 lbs was enough - losing more weight would just be showing off.
I've been working out twice as much, because I have to keep to Army standards, so I haven't been gaining weight either.
Basically, I have been eating whatever I want (which means a whole bunch of meatloaf) and haven't been gaining any weight.
