I am officially an internet reject.
On 11/06/02 I submitted a piece to McSweeney's (a list, to be exact) and today, a mere 3 months later, I have been officially rejected.
The following is the letter I received as well as the submitted piece. As always:

I'm sorry to say but your piece isn't quite right for us at this time.
