2001:October:15
10.15.2001

I wrote this poem when I was eight:
Once I saw the moon
and it married the star in the middle of june
and very soon i called to the star
come out! come out! wherever you are?

I'm here! I'm here! in a bottle of beer!
So I took it out
and said with a shout:

'Here you are!"
I said to the star
that married the moon
in the middle of June.

RIght now they are doing a tribute to Mr. Dressup in the Glenn Gould Studio. Those who want to can see the broadcast in the Atrium. It is so surreal, all these biz-attire adults staring morosely at the video screen, in this big, white atrium. They are playing very loud children's tunes. One balding dude with a ponytail is clapping his hands and singing, every now and then pinching the bridge of his nose and bowing his head.
