"time it takes hold of us. god only knows what it..."

"took my love. took it down...."

"it was a pussy palace. pussy palace..."

Remember when there was this trend that mash-ups were the thing? people would take songs and blend them together and spit them out and it was brilliant?

ahhh life.

She recalls - do you remember when she told you about it - the "kids" song by MGMT and how the nostalgia of seeing their first performance of it killed her - especially mashed up with a later one.

She recalls being in Wilmington and working at Rare Cargo and being so fucking sad. She was the kind of person who didn't know that dancing for love - doing the ole soft shoe - would kill her.

She needed to be so much more enlightenedly selfish, but it took her a long long long time to figure it out (Beatles reference).

Has she even figured it out?

he had broken her - this latest dude. The scraps she ate from his pinky like a ... what was that show "game of thrones" where Theron? was turned from the arrogant lord into the dog-man living in a cage at the behest of the psychotic lord?

That tracked.

Wilmington had been something beautiful to her perhaps. It would be weird going there again and seeing his ghost. One of the things she loved the most was that mignon oyster dip - whatever the name was - and his fucking

companionship.

He was the most astute companion.

She had such a good time with him until she asked him if he might love her.

spoiler alert:

nope
