Lovely loungey morning time. Sleeping in is wonderful if you can swing it. I wrestle with too many to-do demons to do it often. Lying around in the morning light and reading a good book is true bliss.
Coffee just the way you like it on the scorching hot deck. Then ducking inside to the cool of the basement and the glow of the big screen TV, stretching out in your PJs.
Eventually, you crawl out into the hot sticky outdoors again. Workout. Shower. Change. Start your day off in the afternoon. Ride your bike around town. Pop in to a barbecue. See some good friends and make new ones while sipping beer and lying in the grass on a blanket, bellys happy and full.
The heat shrinks behind a cool wind. The night falls quickly as you ride home, shivering lightly.
But the night goes on... and you realize the whole day has been a gift.
