WT: I forgot to weigh myself this morning - I was running late.
It was my anniversary, so no diet. That should be the last of my excuses. I will now put my nose to the grindstone (actually, it would be more effective if i put my ass to the grindstone, but I don't write these old sayings...I just over use them) and get down to business - the business of getting less fat.
