Lunch - Half a Turkey Wrap, some soy chips
Dinner - Meatloaf with Gravy, Spinach and Garlic (sadly watched them take the mashed potatoes away)

PT:
25 pushups
50 crunches
25 pushups

Usual Cold Weather walk to and from train (1.2 miles to work, 1.2 miles home from work)
Isometric muscle exercise while on the train
