Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - 4 oz vegetable rice pilaf, 3 oz roasted chicken
Dinner - 2 pieces wheat bread , 2 slices bologna, mayo (not as dry as it sounds)

WT - 236

PT -
1.2 mile walk from train to work
1.2 mile walk from work to train
1.4 miles walk from train to home
3 sets 30 pushups (2 close arm, 1 wide arm)
2 sets 40 crunches
2 sets 40 flutterkicks (4 count)
1 set 30 leg spreaders (4 count)
30 minutes cardio (martial arts training - at least what I could remember from when I studied martial arts)
