Breakfast - bagel with cream cheese
Lunch - nothing
Dinner - Bowl of wheat gluten that was supposed to be vegetarian "meat balls" (not a good substitution for the real thing, but they would have been good in some kind of sauce or something.)

Today weight: 202 (down three pounds from yesterday)
