Monday, June 24th

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - chicken and brocolli (but it was not the usual. It was baked and the chicken was lightly breaded.)
Dinner - Seitan cubes fried with onions and garlic, servered over a toasted roll

Todays Weight 204 (up two pounds from yesterday)
