my husband has become interested in a new breed of dog. they are called - no joke - "golden doodles". they also have "labradoodles" out there. it's a cross between a golden retriever and a standard poodle (the big poodles). the "labradoodles" are a cross between (duh) a labrador and a poodle.
apparently, it mixes all the best traits of the dogs. poodles don't shed and people tend not to be allergic to them. goldens are great family dogs and easy to train and well-behaved and all that. i have to say, the pics we've found are really cute.
