i just got chinese from my favorite chinese place. pearl restaurant. they have this "sound system" on which to announce your order. the actual stereo looks like a portable karaoke machine. they must have set it on "wrestling stadium effect" because it echos (purposely) when they talk on it. it's like "order...der..der...number...umber...umber...forty-three...three..eeee....". to top it all off, the mics hang down from the ceiling near the registers just like a wrestling/boxing ring.
it's moments like these when the world and its people make me so happy.
