Why?
Why do people have time for endless mindless brain-numbing IM chatter* but no time for quality reading, conversing and writing?
Because....IM is just another form of TV.
Because....it's there and free.
Because....IM doesn't require thinking, reading, writing or spelling skills.
No one wants to be intellectual with me.
Maybe I'm a loser.
Maybe everyone else is a loser.
*strictly speaking from personal experience with friends and family; not at all casting aspersions on robots or their close associates.
