Narrowsburg
As you may have read or heard, the tiny town/hamlet/village of Narrowsburg in New York state had their fireworks show cancelled because someone (probably a big city person) complained that the fireworks scared the eagles. This part of the state has the highest amount of eagles in New York. They are lousy with eagles.
Well. Guess where we went for Fourth of July? Yup. Narrowsburg.
So, no fireworks here, but we did go to the super small-town parade. Fire trucks making a lot of noise. A clown. A few people in convertibles or classic cars.
No marching band, though. Really needed a marching band in my honest opinion.
