Sunday cocktail hour. The Fitzgerald

11/2 ounces dry gin
3/4 ounce strained, freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Shake on ice. Strain. Woo!
Lovely wife gave it a four-yum rating (btw, that's out of five YUMS).

In the future I might dash a bit more bitters and maybe be a tad heavy handed with the simple syrup.
