Sunday Morning hot in the city. Chris and I drove in pickup truck east. Jumped through waves at Sandbanks Provincial Park. Fine sand that got into every crevice. The sun was going down but the lake was warm and shallow. Dinner in Wellington with the most agressively cheerful waitress and the sweetest apple pie in all of the Great Canadian Sheild. Is there anything like the way your body feels after a few hours at the beach in the sun?
