Bono and Brad Pitt have joined forces to campaign for 3rd world relief with MTV and One.org. One's goal is according to their website:
The ONE Campaign is a new effort to rally Americans to fight the emergency of global AIDS and extreme poverty. Each ONE of us can make a difference. Together as ONE we can change the world.
According to me, we Americans need to stop just being active for a moment, when its in our face. We need to be proactive, (well I need Proactiv but that is another tale) home and abroad. Brad and Bono, great guys, but let's say how about donating part of the profits from your next album or movie to the cause. Just a thought. Nice shades.
