I came across these pics from two years ago, when I went with a local NGO in Uttar Pradesh to a small village called Varvarra. I played with kids, teachign them to use my camer while my chaperone spoke to the village council about their ideas for a garden near the water purification structure. The villagers had already planted flowers in their fledgling garden and had picked some early blooms and made me a bouquet. As you can tell my the picture, I was a bit surprised and embarassed with the generosity of the gesture. Here are some images:     The boys were hilarious, posing with the flowers in front of the blue door with the utmost solemnity. The two that i am in are their first photos.
